Nets 2026 Draft

The Nets  have come out of the 2026 draft with a lead combo guard in Mikel Brown Jr.  The Louisville guard is a highly ranked guard who dealt with injuries in his lone year in college. Brown Jr is a prolific shooter who could possibly pair nicely with last year’s top pick Egor Demin, as a great shooting duo. Demin and Brown have great size, as both are 6’5+ tall, which is uncommon for guards. The next pick was a solid forward in Joshua Jefferson. The 6 ‘9 forward is an NBA-ready prospect who will raise the floor of the Nets. Their last pick was another high-level shooter in forward Tyler Bilodeau. Overall, in addition to the trade acquisition of Julius Randle, the early part of the off-season has all been about raising the floor of a young team.
