The Iron Claw is a movie centered around the Von Erich family. The Von Erichs were a collection of wrestling brothers and their father who invented the Iron Claw move before them. Their story is a story of hope and sadness. There were 4 brothers in total and all of them strived to be the top dog in the promotion company their father owned. However in the end 3 of the brothers died too soon. One death was caused by issues related to his intestines, the other 2 died by suicide. The deaths and the fallouts were portrayed well in the movie. The sadness of the characters after each death was well illustrated. Body language and the tone of their voices was the illustration. In addition, the wrestling scenes were produced greatly. The ring, ringside setup, and the wrestling felt akin to a real wrestling show.
