As the NHL season continues the Devils have put themselves in a good place. They are tied for first place in their conference and so far they are far above the rest. In their first 30 games the Devils haven’t suffered a losing streak which allows them to be okay if they do have one over the next month. I do expect one to happen as every team hits a dry spell. I might be proven wrong due to how balanced the Devils are. Top stars are playing well which makes them so good, but players who are less known make the team play sustainable good hockey. There weren’t these players on last year’s team which was a cause of them missing the playoffs. This year’s team is on track to make the playoffs due to the balance of this team.
