The Brooklyn Nets have traded Mikal Bridges to the New York Knicks for a haul of future draft picks. I really like this trade. The Nets finally chose to rebuild after one and a half years of being mediocre. Another great aspect of the trade is that the Nets got back there first round draft pick for next year, which they traded for James Harden. They did this by doing another trade with the Houston Rockets. For me the 2024-25 NBA season should be a tank season for the Nets. This is due to the 2025 NBA draft being very good at this moment. The 2025 draft will be big for the Nets as they will have three first round picks and the potential to make young and exciting team.
