After starting the season off at being average, the Nets have been wildly inconsistent and have been disastrous in close games. For me it”s not a fun team to watch. Sloppy play and horrendous coaching have me watching fewer games. Jacque Vaughn the coach is not a good or even decent coach. His rotations and minute distributions for young point guard Cam Thomas is frustrating. Cam is a great scorer and Vaughn rarely plays him at the end of close games. Vaughn also doesn’t react quickly enough by rarely calling timeouts when the Nets are blowing a lead. These issues will continue to happen until Vaughn is let go or the front office blows up the team at the trade deadline.
